This policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with international wholesale trade practices.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note:
Due to the nature of liquid and gas products, returns for opened or partially used containers are not accepted for safety and regulatory reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened engine oils or lubricants.
Gas refrigerant cylinders that have been tampered with or used.
Customized or special bulk orders.
Clearance or promotional items.
4. Return Process
If your order qualifies for return:

Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or video evidence of the issue.
Our team will assess the claim and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Ship the product back using the instructions provided.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
In cases where replacement stock is available, we may offer a product exchange instead of a refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error caused by Exceptional Limited.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged or wrong items, please notify us immediately with evidence. We will:
Arrange for replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
Check your bank account or payment provider again.
Contact your bank or card issuer — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
